Hello and welcome! If you have come this far it means you are interested in being on our waitlist for an upcoming litter!

Our litter spots fill quickly! We have 2-4 litters a year and our pups are worth the wait!
A waitlist helps us navigate interested families!

A satisfactory Application (see below) must first be submitted, upon approval we will send you a detailed invoice for a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot on our reservations list. Each time we have a litter available, our reservations list is THE FIRST TO BE NOTIFIED.
Puppies are then chosen in the order of deposits received and based on preferences. If you are specifically wanting say a "Landseer female" you will be contacted when we have a landseer female. If timing isnt right, or we dont have a puppy you want in a current litter, you can choose to skip that particular litter, and the next person will have the opportunity to choose, your name will be "bumped up" to the top of the list for the next litter. Once everyone on the reservations list has been contacted, all remaining pups are then made available to our general email list and made available on our website. If a person on the list reserves a particular puppy then backs out last minute, they will bumped to the bottom of the list for a future litter.

Deposits are Non-Refundable and are valid for 12 months from date it was placed. It will also secure the price point for you, if our prices change at any point, your deposit will reflect the price point you were committing to originally.

Once we have satisfactorily reviewed your application we will contact you and proceed by sending you an invoice for a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy!
PUPPIES ARE RESERVED BY DEPOSIT ONLY. The deposit is then applied to the total price of the puppy. Prices vary from litter to litter (and sometimes within a litter). Prices are always disclosed before a commitment is made to a particular puppy.
​*Prices are subject to change. Please refer to Puppy Info and puppy announcements for pricing. Again, your deposit locks in the price point of your puppy and will be honored.​

We reserve the right to keep any puppy from any litter at any time. In order to maintain our bloodline we look for prospective puppies for our program.

IF you would like to be on our waitlist but are not ready to place a deposit now, thats fine! We will add you to our list and contact you when we have available puppies (after our deposit paid families have been contacted).
